That looks more like a symmetric airfoil. Is that what you are trying to make?

Use a series of tangent arcs and control the radius and/or centers of each with dimensions.

Can you elaborate, Im not clear wheather it's a sweep or not and what are the profile(s).
 
Why wouldn't a simple revolve work?
