Teamcenter revise item revision window is hiden

Hi
When I try to revise an Item Revision
The Window for making the revision never shows up. It is like it is hidden somewhere and this locks up my TC Client
(When this happen is NX I do a User interface preferences - reset window position)

I am running Teamcenter 8 (8.3.3.8(20130408.00))
