Yes! Did you think that we give the software away to just anyone?
Now if you're a student, there's a low cost (but not free) version of NX available to legitimate students and I think we include teachers as well.
Note that this topic has been covered in other threads but here are a couple of updated links as to where you can get the Student version of NX:

To an Engineer, the glass is twice as big as it needs to be.
Now if you're a student, there's a low cost (but not free) version of NX available to legitimate students and I think we include teachers as well.
