Anyone out there have any experience in machining (tapping) extremely small holes 00-96, 0-80 in "W" material.. non magnetic alloy? I know I wish it was CuW too! Thanks

Thread mill them. Emuge has an awsome tool. Lasts forever.

We do lots of this kind of thing. Sadly I'm in design and it's done by a vendor so I don't know details.

I do know they have a pig of a time doing them to any depth.

I think our vendor is 'Next Intent' if that's any help.

KENAT, probably the least qualified checker you'll ever meet...
