North Sea collision: Ship carrying chemical hits jet fuel tanker

The search for a missing crew member has ended after a ship hit an oil tanker in the North Sea.

Engineering wise similar to the aviation incidents human performance likely to be the main cause.

I would have thought there should have been collision alarms on both.

I find auto spell correction leads to integration by parts transformations errors, if you will, than my simple adjacent key, and poor memory typo errors......
