Ok this is simple one. Tank is 75 ft Dian. With 50 ft height. Shell dead load of outer wall is 610 lb/ft. How will I model the load on the slab in RISA given that I have 12 equally spaced anchors connecting the base of the tank to the slab?

Thanks,

Typically, maximum anchor spacing is 10' or so, which would give more than 12 anchors on that size tank.

I would assume that the anchor bolts were unloaded until wind or seismic uplift exceeded the dead weight, so the tank shell load would just be a line load at that radius. The anchor forces are usually calculated assuming an My/I distribution for the bolt pattern.
