Tank blanketing

I need information releated with design of Water Produced Tank blanketing.
We have a 10000 bbls tank, maximum outlet flow is 60K BWPD and inlet flow is 20K BWPD.
Thank for your help.

You need a Nitrogen blanketing control valve capable of sending equivalent to 60K BWPD in and a nitrogen blanketing valve send out equivalent to 20K BWPD.

Select a fisher regulator and Shand&Jurs Vacuum/Breather

Use API 2000 to size the regultor and breather.
