Taking long time while using command Measure Bodies

I am using NX6.0.4.3. It taking long time while using command Measure Bodies almost it is taking 15min.
We observed that it is happening due to changed in customer default as per our requirement. if we do not change customer default, it takes only 15sec. i wants the same result after changing in customer default

What exactly did you change in Customer Defaults that you think is effecting this? And why are you still running NX 6.0, which for all intents and purposes, is FIVE versions behind?
