T-38, T-45 & T-51 Threads

Can anyone shere with me the specifications for these threads? I'm trying to detail a Pin & Box for each of these threads and having no luck finding the standard.
I need the usual Major, Minor diameters, pitch, thread shape with flats & fillets etc.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I posted here because this thread is used on drilling / core sampling equipment.

T38, T45 and S51 are rock drill steels ( to be used with top hammers on drilling rigs ). You will certainly find the info from an Atlas Copco dealer but I doubt you can do what you want. These drills are made with special steels and receive treatments which allow them to work under very hard conditions. I doubt that you can economically manufacture any durable accessory by yourself
