For the lab results, if the limits determines something is clay (Atterberg), but the clay content is much less than the silt (Hydrometers), would it be clay or silt?
 
With no more info, It is a Low Plastic Silt or a Low Plastic Silt with clay
 
The A line decides, dont go into looking at make up of clay and silt individually, look at the fines content (i.e. sum of both). For fine grained soils, anything above 50% in US and 35% in UK is a fine grained soil

there can be exceptions but thats a good base to start from
 
If the Atterberg Limits show plasticity typical of clay, the soil is classified as clay, even if hydrometer results show more silt-sized particles. That's because classification focuses more on behavior (plasticity) than just particle size.
