Does anyone know of a web site/catalogue for ASME swing bolts??

I have done a google search and not found any bolts that meet ASME requirements.

Tankman-The easy way is to use studs and a piece of threaded round stock,as the suggested web-site shows.

Suggest you take a look at Appendix 24 in SecVIII Div1. esp.24-4. Then work within U-2 and UG-12.
