Dear All,
i have to design a swimming pool on the top floor of a residential building. bottom slab of pool is 4'-0" above the floor slab. pool size is 33'-8" x 12'-1" having variable depth 3'-0" to 6'-0".
i want to know that what will the pool bottom slab thickness and what will be the reinforcement detailing? and i want to provide rcc wall to control leakage and lateral load impact so what will be the reinf. detail of the wall which thickness will be 8".
i attach a file locating the swimming pool. can you suggest me the framing and design consideration also?
