SW for analysis of pump/valve noise

I have come across several applications lately where noise in pumps and valves are the issue. Is there commercial SW on the market to analyse this? Or is it not "analyseable"?

I have the impression that SW like LS/DYNA or MSC/DYTRAN is for short duration dynamics. I would think that that is not the case here?

Any suggestions?
