Jul 15, 2004 1 #2 sean01 Automotive Joined Aug 14, 2003 Messages 48 Location US Whiv, I don't have access to a full list - but the most common ones I use are as below :- SPI-C1: 600 grit stone, 10-12 Ra SPI-B1: 600 grit paper, 2-3 Ra SPI-A2: Grade #2 Diamond Buff, 1-2 Ra I think in general the lettering follows the following convention A High polish 1 being the best finish grade B Paper finish C Stone finish D Dry blasting You can find out more information on SPI finishes on their homepage at http://www.plasticsindustry.org/ Hope this helps Sean Upvote 0 Downvote
