Basic question here - how would one construct the green surface in the attached pictures? The outer surface is offset from the inner solid. Basically, two flat surfaces with a round in between them and then offset and a wall constructed (green surface). This is a simplified idea of the model I am working on (WF 2).

Boundary blend would work. Depends how accurate you need to be though.

That works, but it seems like a lot of work to create the boundary curves. I haven't done much surfacingand am wondering if there is an easy way to create curves on edges of surfaces or solids, quickly and accurately. How do you snap to corner without going into Sketcher? Do you create the curves as asketch or create the curves in Style some way? Or what??

Thanks for your help.

While this won't answer your question specifically, if you're new to surfacing there are some very informative video tutorials (each lasting about just shy of 15 minutes) right here: http://www.e-cognition.net/pages/Tutorials_WF4.html

What a great tutorial!

Thanks
