Suitability of 4140+ENP at low temperature

We are buying LCC ball valves. One manufacture offered 4140+ENP for Ball & Stem. Our MDMT is -45C. Would you please advise if the offered material is suitable for low temperatures?

Ask the manufacturer if the proposed material is acceptable for use at MDMT - in other words impact test data.
