This is probably the wrong furum, but here goes anyway:

We are looking for a graphics file viewing (and printing) software package ( not unlike Kodak Imaging ) but that works with many file types. I've heard of Cadman View, but I'm not sure if it can run on a stand-alone WIN98 computer. Our price range is 300 - 400 USD.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks in advance,
GA

You might try:

Photoshop by Adobe Systems

or Viewprint Pro ( free ? )

or 20/20 also free

or Picture Publisher

Most graphics programs do not support .dwg, but they do support .dxf and .wmf vector files and .bmp and .tiff bitmap files - all of which autocad can export. If you do not have autocad to export these there are many freeware/shareware conversions for .dwg to .dxf if not to other file types.

CorelDRAW supports most graphic types and also DXF and DWG files. It can also convert BMP to vector format.

Vueprint can be useful for most formats. For dwg use Volo express as suggested above then print to a PDF using PDF 995. Sharing knowledge is a way to immortality
