Can somebody advise me what the usual pIping specification is for the piping and valves within the limits of a subsea PLEM .I am used to using 31.3 but would like to know if there are alternatives used by others

Cheers

Any of the pipeline codes you're using will cover PLEMs as well.

Remember - More details = better answers
Also: If you get a response it's polite to respond to it.

Another alternative is to mix and match standards to achieve design/cost optimisation objectives. Naturally, that approach isn't generally applied for an 'off the shelf' strategy.

The last Sub-Sea project I was involved with:
Manifolds - ASME B31.3
PLETs - ASME B31.8 / DNV-OS-F101
Hope that helps,
Cheers,
Shane
