I am doing contact analysis dynamique load in bone cement with femoral head of a total hip replacement implant. i want to us the submodeling in abaqus for my study of the bone cement (how is the intermediary between pth and hip)in the part of cement i take a cube in the medial part, the question is in submodeling load ,what is the condition of limit how i must be use , if i select the 6 face of this little[highlight #204A87][/highlight] cube in load and BC , and in the interaction i have interaction between hip , cement and bone , i delete it !!!!

submodel abaqus probleme

in abaqus I us a model of 3 cylinder in Cindre the circles I study the (a cylinder part), I extract a small cube to analyze with submodel, my question is what is the condition to the limit use the submodel in abaqus, I saw a video which only change the strength and boundary condition (BC)!!!, I delete the other 02 cylinder and I just let him Cude of 3 rd cylinder. in this little cube how to pass the parameter of submodel here , thanks
