stuck creating sloping edges??

Hi guys. I am very new to solidworks but am fighting through it :-) Although, I have hit a stumbling block.....
I need to create 2 sloping faces but for the life of me I can't find any help on google.

in this picture I have posted is the problem I face. the inset picture is what I need to create.

any help would be very much appreciated.
