struggling with project

I'm trying to see how this can work, when the structure is placed on the table (and not secured to it). So I'm picturing a tower with a large gravity load and two booms ... 1) to pick up the bottle and 2) to balance this, it would deploy opposite the lifting boom, and have a gravity load to balance the bottle (this would need to be unloaded by some sort of support until the bottle is picked up ... remove by the same trigger that grasps the bottle).

Has this project been run before ??
