Structural Design Software with AA design guides?

does anyone know of/recommend any structural design software package that incorporates the aluminum association design guidelines and more specifically includes weld affected areas? We make small, simple frames and trusses, so it doesn't need to be all that powerful, but we deal exclusively in aluminum, and all joints are welded. We would like a user friendly, quick learning curve rather than something ultra-powerful. I have spoken with SAFI, but they reference the Canadian design guide and RISA who says that they plan on including this soon (w/o weld affected regions). Any help/direction would be greatly appreciated.
 
SAP2000 has A.A. code checking. Can't remember if it considers WAZ. Kind of pricey.
