Does someone know any website providing a free tool for designing/verifying the composite material
not seeking to simulate whole buildings ; just quick tools for daily laminate verifications.

verifying to what sort of level ? Just running s/ware isn't enough unless it's something like NASTRAN where there is a lot of knowledge and experience. Simple free FEA is IMO something to be avoided, or at least plan on doing a bunch of work validating the s/ware, and control of the s/ware would be another issue.

Not FE tool; just a quick tool based on theoretical mathematical equations; used to calculate properties, capacity of laminate
