Stripper transformed to Containment Vessel

Hello,

I am evaluating a 100' stripper column that was converted to a Containment Vessel over 10 years ago by the client. Current inspection reports are positive regarding the state of the vessel.

I wonder if anyone has ever encountered a similar situation in the past. Any comments would be greatly appreciated.
