Stress Concentration Factors for Pipe - help required! 1

I'm looking for references that can give me the stress concentration factor equations for different corrosion type defects in pipelines (eg round and flat bottomed, axial and circumferential grooves, pits, patches). Can anyone give me any good website links or book references?
