Strain releif bonded to small cable

I want to make up cables with a strain relief bonded to the cable end. See attached sketch. This would be similar to a sleeved grommet bonded or molded to the cable. Cable OD is 3.2 mm and PVC coated.
Where could I get such a product or service?

Would you consider a wire mesh - type strain relief, ala Kellems? These work like a "Chinese-finger". Easier to take apart when that task comes up (which it will).

Of course, you can always have anything molded, providing you have enuff volume to warrant tooling costs.
