Can anyone advise,in what context have you used (if you have ever used) the strain energy contours in the software? What have you tried to interpret looking at the strain energy contours following a FE analysis?

I have some thoughts on interpreting these contours and would like to share with you'll to get your point of view, hoping that the discussion progresses.
