Stock size NX9

Hello

okay .. I been you the moldwizard stock size and have always oriented my WCS to the block and it gives me the correct size. All of a sudden, the default dynamic WCS comes up relative to abs. wcs and I have to reorient WCS again to get proper stock size. It's only on the part I am currently working on. If I open other parts, it's fine.
Any ideas as to what happened on this part? running NX9.0.3.4
