Stifness modifier for precast concrete connection (embeded plate)

Is there anyone know how to modified stifness for precast concrete connection (embeded plate for example)?

I need to pushover precast shear wall...

I think he is talking about spring constants like for a flexible moment connection in a partially restrained steel frame.

These are usually treated as pinned except where there are continuation bars and insitu infill concrete at the joint in which case they are probably analysed as fixed.

I am not aware of people using partial fixity for precast but I could be wrong.
