Steel tube check

There is a new steel tube installed over the existing building structure to support ACM panel cladding. I’m reviewing whether the calculated wind pressure of 31.8 psf is acceptable for this connection.

Do I need to perform my own wind pressure calculation to verify this value, or should I be reviewing additional information such as anchor details to determine if the steel tube is adequate for the load?

If you're reviewing something, then yes you should perform your own calculations to do so. What's the alternative? Perhaps I don't understand the question.

The cantilever deflection of -0.5236 appears to exceed the typical design limit of L/180. However, it seems the kicker was not considered in the calculation, even though it would provide additional stiffness. Therefore, I believe the actual deflection would be less than what's shown. Do you agree, even though the outboard members don’t appear to be anchored back to the building?
