I have a copy of "Seismic Design Practice for Steel Buildings" by Roy Becker, Farzad Naeim and Edward J. Teal dated August 1988, published as Steel Tips by the Steel Committee of California.
The SSEC website has pdfs of all Steel Tips available for download but this particular one is not on their list. I can scan and make the pdf but it would save a lot of time if it is available on the web.
