Kindly share info on availability of steel sections for cold temperature(-40C). Thanks

S235 J4 (27J Charpy @ -40°C) is not that uncommon, S235 or S355 J6 (27J @ -60°C) exists.
Otherwise you might search for other fine-grained steels, your local suppliers should be more than willing to help you ?
