Steel Bar Joist Tag 1

I pulled a joist tag off of a bar joist. The bar joists are 22 inches deep, spaced about 5 feet apart. The joist tag reads, "7-39-994 J1". What does this mean?

Joist tag numbers are usually project numbers, joist marks, and/or the plant ID that manufactured them....not usually a joist size/strength designation.
