Can the dry gas seal be installed before the main piping is connected ?
Concern is main piping fabrication usually take a one to two months before it is ready to be installed.
If the dry gas seal is installed early, how can the dry gas seal be preserved properly?
If the seal is installed after the main piping is connected to the compressor, then the schedule is extended to another 2 to 3 weeks more, to cover seal , coupling and guards completions.
