STATIC OR SWIVEL SYSTEM FOR LATERAL AGITATOR FOR TANKS

Hi,

I need information about lateral agitators for tanks. I don't know when it's useful to install a static agitator or when it's better install a swivel system +-30º.

Can anyone help me??? If anyone have information about that, please share it.
