After generating the code and postprocessing how do I know from which point the tool will start milling?
Do I have to change the postprocessor for this? or any parameters in the manufacturing operation?

I am not sure of the question.

At the start of a tool path, the tool goes to the first position from wherever it is. It could come from a machine home, or wherever the provious operation ended.
The first position is usually at a safe location away from the part. This is followed by traverse, approach, and engange moves to get the the start of the actual cutting portion of the path.

Thanks Mark! I figured out what to do for this. I manually moved the tool of my CNC to the starting point and then continue the code in absolute mode.
Problem Solved!
