Standards for Oil/Water Separator

I am searching for a standard that applies to underground FRP storage tanks as it pertains to Oil/Water Separators.

I found ASTM D4021-92 Glass Fiber Reinforced Polyester Underground Petroleum Storage tanks, but ASTM has withdrawn the standard.

Any leads to where I might be able to track down a standard would be most appreciated.
