Stamp / Blank Alternative to S7 Tool Steel 1

Is there an alternative to S7 tool steel (14 ga) that one can stamp / blank instead of forge?

Depends what properties you need from the finished part.If you are using it as ballast then yes, if you are using it for leaf springs, possibly, if you are using it to make pipe cutters then any good alternative will probably be just as tough to cut.
