what should I be concerned about in specifying stainless steel anchors in a corrosive environment.
can I still used the high strength carbon steel anchors?
(i.e. HILTI HAS SS AISI304/316 SS as opposed to HILTI HAS-E Standard ISO 898 class 5.8)

thank you V2

Nothing I can think of aside concern about proper installation. SS requires specific lubes on the threads at assembly to prevent galling. Once galling starts there is NO good repair, only replacement. Cost could be a factor but standard electorplated anchors won't last in a corrosive environment anyway.
