SS Weld consumable required to be impact tested at -320 F for production joints?

Design Code - ASME B31.3 2014 Edition. Material - Austenitic SS
My PQR is tested to -320 F for 304L to 304L materials. Per Table 323.2.2 A-4 b)Weld metal deposits shall be impact tested ....
My interpretation is A-4 b) talks about the PQR and not the filler wire used for production joints. The MTR of the filler wire for the production joints need not mention that it is impact tested at -320 F.

Request everyone's opinion whether the weld consumable used for production joints is required to be tested at -320 F or not?
 
Have you read the Notes in Table 323.2.2 "Requirements for Low Temperature Toughness Tests for Metals These Toughness Test Requirements Are in Addition to Tests Required by the Material Specification"?

I would recommend you review NOTE 2.
 
I read it after posting it here. Apologies for that. Have written to the customer referencing Note 2. Waiting for his reply now.
