SS Clad Vessel in Hydrogen Service and H2S Service.

I posed this situation in other forums but in a different context.

Is it correct to specify HIC and SSCC test on a CS portion of SS + CS clad plate used for pressure vessel which is subject to hydrogen service and H2S service.

If yes can some one provide basis for such requirement.

Are there international standards/Specifications which asks for such requirement.

NO, base plate and welds need only meet Rc22.
