Hello,

Is there any Correlations between SPT N value and strength of weathered bedrock?

None that I know of.

It will depend on the degree of wethering in the rock, type of rock, etc. First choice is it going to act as rock, gravel, or soil with chuncks of rock. Then you can start making strength assignments.
