spot weld on surface body -- "spot welds shares a common node" error

The ANSYS message reads like the above.

could anyone tell me what i am not doing right?
what is causing the problem?

it seems like a meshing problem. one lucky mesh didn't cause any problem and i was able to finish the problem. dose this mean meshing differently is the only solution?
