Can anyone help me with the specific heat of the FCC fractionation column products, including the bottom slurry and the top gas mixture (unstabilized gasoline + gases)?
I have found an index chart in a French petroleum handbook ("Le Petrole - Raffinage et Genie Chimique" by P. Wuithier) for the specific heat of hydrocarbons and liquid petroleum fractions. But there is also a correction coefficient which depends on Kuop of the fraction and I haven't been able to find a formula to calculate this factor.
Thanks!

The UOP K factor, based on data for pure HCs, correlates boiling point with specific gravity, as follows:

K = Tb1/3d-1

where

Tb is the average (at 10, 30, 50, 70, 90 % volume distilled) boiling point on degrees Rankine (=oF + 460) with a small correction to account for the slope of the distillation curve;
d is the specific gravity 60/60oF.

K is additive on a weight basis for mixtures.
