hello all.
friend of mine is assembling a cobra kit car(high end kit)
his front brake calipers would not line up with the rotor,he was advised to put hard washers under the mounting suface of the caliper, thus moving it to the inside and line up with rotor.
my opinion is that this is not safe.
my thought is the rotor should be spaced to the outside to match the caliper.
we are talking about 1/2" of offset here.
comments?
