Source for Ø14mm / Ø15mm Steel or Aluminium tube connections

Hi there,

I'm doing a project whereby I need Ø14mm / Ø15mm Steel or Aluminium T-joints where the branch is at 45 degrees to the other two.

Does anyone have a good source of simple tube joints / connectors etc? I don't want to go down the route of notching tubes, but would prefer a push fit solution.
See reference image for the closest match I could find, but are not for sale.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
