Somebody can help me about laser cutting and welding on enamelled steel? Does it works? which laser welding paramters do you use for cutting and weldig? Are there some other joining methods for enamelled steel?

I suspect that it depends on steel thickness and enamel thickness. Probably you will cut with Nitrogen rather than Oxygen. Depends a bit on what machine you have access to, and the material parameters.
LASER welding? if the usual fit-up requirements are met, maybe from the non-enamelled side?
If laser cut, there may be enough burn-back of the enamel to laser weld from the front side?
Maybe ask a friendly (or hungry) laser vendor to run some tests?
