Hi, Im trying to put dimensions on a drawing, which all have to be to 1 decimal place, which is fine for the dimensions which are X.XX, but some of them are simply 100mm, how do I make that 100.0mm. If I try to change it on the dimension pannel to .1 or even .12345 ect, nothing happens it just stays at 100mm......any ideas?

Thanks

options -> document properties -> dimensions

choose your 'trailing zeroes' setting correctly...

pietje, I tried that and set it to .123 but it still wont do 'trailing zeros' when it is a whole number.

Adding a note is'nt an option either as this is how the client wants it done unfortunatly.

huh? did you set trailing zeros to 'show'?
or do you maybe mean an annotation that doesnt show its zeros? There is a setting for that too...
otherwise, im confused too.

If it is trailing zeroes that you are struggling with, Pietje is correct, there is a setting for that.

Tools->Options->Document Properties->Dimensions then toward the bottom there is a pull-down menu.

See attached image.

Play with that setting and see if it does what you want.
