I'm currently attempting to run a simulation where a small rectangular part (of any material) is sandwiched between two other flat pieces. The force is 40N applied to the top surface of the top part, and the bottom surface of the bottom part is fixed.
I attempted to simplify the simulation as much as possible to get rid of this error I'm encountering, but no dice. The error is "Please define Elastic modulus in material properties." It occurs when I go to "Mesh and Run", right after it seems to finish meshing the parts.
I am assigning default materials to my parts at this point in order to avoid any odd errors, but it still happens. I know the field where this value is located, and it has a value entered in.
Any ideas?
