Someone can tell me how to apply loads uniformly distributed in a solid element?

Hi, we are working on same project about solid here, (LOL)
Unfortunately, solid can't apply loads uniformly distributed.
But you can make it equivalent.
Try to make it become point load for every length. But do it with more mesh, more mesh and more point load you make it will more equivalent with your distributed load.
 
All you need to do is to discrete your patch loads. An easy option is to follow the grillage method of dividing loads to sets of point loads.
